TT Wallet Termination Addendum

This Service Termination Addendum (“Addendum”) forms part of, and supplements, the ThunderCore Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). In the event of any inconsistency between this Addendum and the Terms, this Addendum shall prevail solely with respect to the termination of the TT Wallet mobile application (“TT Wallet”). By continuing to use TT Wallet during the Transition Period (defined below), you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Addendum.

1. Termination of TT Wallet Service
ThunderCore will permanently discontinue the TT Wallet mobile application, together with all related in-app functionalities, services, and technical support as of:
Termination Date: FEBRUARY 23, 2026
After the Termination Date:
a. The TT Wallet application may no longer be accessible or functional.
b. No further updates, maintenance, or technical support will be provided.
c. Users will not be able to interact with the application interface.

2. No Custody: User Solely Controls Private Keys

TT Wallet is, and has always been, a non-custodial, self-managed decentralized wallet interface. Accordingly:
a. ThunderCore does not hold, manage, control, or have access to your private keys, seed phrases, passwords, or blockchain assets stored in or accessed through TT Wallet.
b. ThunderCore cannot recover, restore, or reset your private keys, seed phrases, or any access credentials.
c. All blockchain assets remain on their respective networks and are not stored or held by ThunderCore.
d. Your continued access to your blockchain assets depends entirely on whether you have securely stored your private keys or seed phrase associated with your wallet addresses.

3. Transition Period: User Must Export Keys Before Termination Date

A transition period will be provided to allow users to export their wallet credentials.
Transition Period: From: DECEMBER 18, 2025
Until: FEBRUARY 23, 2026
During the Transition Period, you may:
a. Export your seed phrase or private keys from TT Wallet;
b. Import your wallet into any compatible third-party wallet (e.g., MetaMask, TokenPocket, Trust Wallet);
c. Transfer your assets to any wallet of your choice.
After the Termination Date:
a. You may no longer be able to access or export your wallet credentials through TT Wallet.
b. Users who fail to export their private keys before the Termination Date will permanently lose access to TT Wallet’s interface, and ThunderCore will bear no responsibility for such loss and have no obligation or ability to restore such access.

4. No Responsibility for Access Loss After Termination

ThunderCore shall not be liable whatsoever for any losses, damages, or claims any losses arising from:
a. Failure to export private keys or seed phrases before the Termination Date;
b. Loss of access to wallet credentials;
c. Inability to use the TT Wallet application after it is removed or deactivated;
d. User error, including but not limited to deletion of the application, device loss, hardware failure, improper backups, or mismanagement of private keys. This Addendum does not create any obligation for ThunderCore to store, safeguard, retrieve, or restore any wallet information.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ThunderCore disclaims all warranties of any kind relating to TT Wallet. ThunderCore’s total liability arising out of or related to TT Wallet, this Addendum, or the termination of TT Wallet shall in no event exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100) or, if greater, the minimum amount required by applicable law. All the disclaimers, indemnities, and liability limitations in the Terms (including but not limited to Sections 13, 14, and 15) shall remain in full force and effect and continue to apply to this Addendum.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Addendum is governed by the same governing law and dispute resolution provisions as stated in Sections 16 and 17 of the Terms, which are hereby incorporated by reference and shall apply in full to this Addendum.
